We had an amazing stay with spacious rooms that provided a stunning view of the pool and lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We also enjoyed delicious meals, particularly the fresh options at breakfast, giving us a lovely start to each day.
The only downside was the limited variety in the dining menu, which could use some improvement.

i had a fantastic overnight stay at jetwing. the views from my room were breathtaking, and the personal butler service really made me feel special. everything exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visits to kandy!

Family Friendly Oasis
I had this amazing time at this place really, especially for the kids. It was nice to see them play freely in such a safe environment,. The staff were very friendly and made everything easy for us.
It wasn’t cheap,, but still acceptable for what we got.

Lovely stay but a bit complicated
The stay was pretty decent! The room was super comfy and had a great view of the surroundings. The breakfast was fresh, though sometimes it took a bit too long to get served. One weird moment was when a drink was taken from our table by accident. there’s no snack bar near the pool, which was a bummer.

Had an amazing stay at Jetwing Kandy Gallery! The room was spacious with a huge bathroom, comfortable bed, and a terrace offering spectacular views of the pool and lake. The food was fantastic, especially the a la carte menu, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The personal butler service made us feel truly pampered.
No major issues, just wish the jacuzzi was in better condition.
