    The remote hotel made it difficult to navigate the area!!! The slow service during breakfast was quite frustrating, and the dining options left much to be desired for variety and quality!!!

    the hotel was fancy and absolutely gorgeous, and i liked it. the stuff was very amiable, offered concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge. the location was stunning, adjacent to kandy's bustling city centre as well as lake, mountains, nature.

    The staff were friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We also enjoyed delicious meals, particularly the fresh options at breakfast, giving us a lovely start to each day.

    The only downside was the limited variety in the dining menu, which could use some improvement.

    Family Friendly Oasis

    I had this amazing time at this place really, especially for the kids. It was nice to see them play freely in such a safe environment,. The staff were very friendly and made everything easy for us.

    It wasn't cheap,, but still acceptable for what we got.

    Lovely stay but a bit complicated

    The room was super comfy and had a great view of the surroundings. The breakfast was fresh, though sometimes it took a bit too long to get served. One weird moment was when a drink was taken from our table by accident. There's no snack bar near the pool, a bummer.

    The room was spacious with a huge bathroom, comfortable bed, and a terrace offering lovely views of the pool and lake. The food was fantastic, especially the a la carte menu, and the staff were kind and attentive. The personal butler service.

    No major issues, just wish the jacuzzi was in better condition.

    The hotel was fancy and exceptionally comfortable, with beautiful rooms. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was reasonably spacious and beautiful with a jacuzzi. - A wide array of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone. Our stay at Jetwing Kandy Gallery was fantastic. the hotel impressed us with its luxurious and comfortable rooms. the bed was so comfortable, and the room was spacious and beautiful, complete with a jacuzzi. the breakfast offered a great variety of food options to cater to everyone's preferences. the hotel's location near the river, European restaurants, and the city center was very convenient.
